All systems are supplied on a turnkey basis, using state-of-the-art technology conceived, designed, tested and developed in-house.

Projects are developed in accordance with the specific needs of the clients, but they share design features oriented towards sustainability and safety, aimed at maximising the recovery of materials (certified, quality products that can be used in a range of production chains) and minimising both the waste of resources and environmental impact.

“Waste” is traditionally regarded as worthless, but in reality, it conceals an intrinsic wealth that can be exploited in new technological processes that enable it to be transformed into quality material that can be used in various industrial and production chains, thus implementing what is known as circular economy.

It is a shift in paradigm that aligns perfectly with our patented technology developed to recover a high percentage of competitively priced, high-quality products that comply with environmental regulations (release test Italian Ministerial Decree 186/2006 as amended) and with UNI-EN technical standards for specific field of use, with the following certifications:

System type developed specifically to recover road-cleaning residue, EWC 200303. The patented technology is based on a soil-washing-type process implemented and adapted to the product characteristics of such waste, which allows for the recovery, on average, of more than 70% of treated waste. The technology also includes a patented process water purification section, which enables the recirculation of a high percentage of process water (over 80%), thus limiting the use of externally sourced water.

System type developed to recover waste from beach-cleaning processes. The patented technology, which is based on a washing process, is capable of separating organic substances (mainly algae, in particular Posidonia), to be used for the creation of agricultural substrates, from anthropogenic waste destined for disposal and from washed sand, which can be returned to the beach of origin.

The technology also includes a process water purification section, which enables the recirculation of a high percentage of process water to be recirculated, with some systems offering “zero discharge” solutions.

System type developed specifically to recover silty residues deposited on the bottom of treatment tanks in waste-water purification plants and for civil and/or industrial water supplies. It differs from traditional cleaning methods thanks to the application of an innovative form of washing technology developed by Ecocentro Tecnologie Ambientali, which allows for the reduction of the amount of substance destined for disposal (inorganic materials) by more than 70-80%, by separating it from organic substances, which can be recirculated at the start of the purification plant.
