PATENTED PLANT FOR THE TREATMENT AND RECOVERY OF WASTE OBTAINED FROM STREET CLEANING OPERATIONS AND SIMILAR WASTE

tabslide_impianto6Ecocentro Tecnologie Ambientali offers two types of plants that have the same technology, but  different treatment capacity.
The first one (called th6)  has an hourly average capacity of 6 tons per hours
The second  one (called th11) has an hourly average capacity of 11 tons per hours

The process relies on the following fundamental principles:

transfer of dissolved or emulsified pollutants from waste to the water

  separation of pollutants by selection processes

  removal of pollutants transferred from waste to the water by chemical-physical processes (precipitation, coagulation, solid separation, etc…)

  concentration of organic contaminants in silt and separation of silt from recycled materials

chemical-physical treatment of the washing water containing silt and pollutants and recirculation of the treated water

biological treatment of the water prior to discharge into the sewer system

These plants allow you to recover up to 90% of the incoming waste, obtaining CE certified quality materials and recyclabe fractions :

As a result of the treatment we will get the following fractions:

all these products meet environmental standards, are CE approved, comply with technical standards for the industry for its use for cement and aggregates and bituminous aggregates and are certified according to Directive 89/106/EEC (2 + ) from accredited body.

FERROUS METALS
Destined for recovery in metallurgical plants.

MIXED WASTE
To be sent to recovery licensed plant such us incinerator or disposal facilities such as landfills.

ORGANIC WASTE
To be sent to recovery licensed plant such us incinerator or disposal facilities such as landfills.

DEWATERED SLUDGE
non-hazardous waste destined for recovery plants under ordinary permit or for disposal.

In addition to a significant environmental value, therefore, the system implements the principles contained in EC Directives, regional and provincial administrations and allows the Public Administrations to reduce disposal costs and simultaneously contribute to the achievement of the recovery rates required by current regulations and in particular the objectives of art.205 of D.Lgs. 152/2006 plus ss.mm.ii, art. 205 and D.M. Environment 2016 , May 26th.

The main sections of the plant are:

slide_solidi1SOLID WASTE TREATMENT

In this section the waste is washed and separated into the different fraction that compose it.
In general the mechanisms that are performed in washing unit not rely only on the passage in solution of contaminant, but especially on a series of physical mechanical actions (actions of friction and abrasion between the particles, collisions, etc.).
Water flow allows drag light fraction, consisting predominantly of leaves, to the head of the washing unit, which is downloaded in a vibrating screen and then sent to a screw compactor.

slide_liquidi3WASTE WATER TREATMENT
This section consists of the following plant unit:
chemical-physical treatment;
flocculation tank;
lamellar settling wessel;
storage treated water tank;
biological treatment;
chemicals tanks.

The purpose of this section is:
to removal pollutants and silt from wash water;
to allows the reuse of treated water into the washing process;
to treat the excess wash water prior to discharge it into the Public sewer system.

Normally the water discharged correspond to the industrial mains water although during the dry seasons treated waste will tend to absorb water, while in rainy seasons will tend to release water.

SLUDGE DEWATERING
Sludge mechanical dewatering is provided by a centrifuge in Th6 plants while in Th10 is provided using a specific filterpress.fanghi
These machines were constructed considering the particular characteristic of sludge produced by the plant which contains mostly inorganic materials.

elettricoELECTRIC PLANT

The electric plant consists of::
– grounding equipment;
– distribution switchboards;
– walkways and distribution channels;
– distribution power lines;
– vista systems (supply and laying of galvanized steel pipe type TAZ, complete with fasteners, fitting, etc…);
– PLC

START UP AND TESTINGSECONDO (LOGO CON e) #1 473

At the end of the construction of the plant will take the start up and testing of the plant with the help of specialized staff formed thanks to the experience on systems already implemented. Will be available to your staff our qualified personnel with specific experience to enable the activity control and transmit all the information necessary for an optimal management of the plant.
At the end of the testing will be released the use and maintenance manuals.

 

PERFORMANCE GUARANTEES
For all our installations, we guaranteed the quality of the products obtained by CE certification, the compliance with the UNI RULES for the specific use and compliance of the CLEANING TEST provided by DM 05 February 98 as amended by Decree no. 186.
Hourly waste washing capacity, tidal treatment potential and waste water quality are guaranteed.
